O domingo 02 de xuño o Foro Galego da Inmigración celebrará na Casa da Xuventude de Riveira a partir das 10:00hs a VIII Asemblea de Inmigración e Emigración de Retorno, baixo o lema “Rebeldía activa polos dereitos sociais!”.

Ante o actual contexto de continuados recortes de dereitos que afectan moi gravemente a toda a poboación, mais que teñen especial incidencia naqueles colectivos en situación de maior vulnerabilidade, pretendemos poñer en común as problemáticas que afrontamos ás persoas migrantes na Galiza, e buscar estratexias para a defensa dos dereitos e da dignidade de todas as persoas que integramos a comunidade galega, veñamos de onde veñamos. O obxectivo final é dotarnos de ferramentas e saberes para exercer a rebeldía activa que demanda o momento no que estamos a vivir.

Este ano traballaremos en torno a catro dereitos básicos que, no caso específico da poboación migrante, están a ser obxecto de graves vulneracións: dereito á saúde, dereito a un emprego digno, dereito á vivir sen acoso policial e dereito á alimentación.

O enfoque da asemblea é dun espazo aberto á todas as persoas interesadas, tanto a título individual como se forman parte dalgunha organización ou colectivo, baseado nunha metodoloxía participativa, na que traballaremos os catro temas centrais en pequenos grupos para despois poñer en común as propostas e iniciativas formuladas.

Entendemos que a túa participación contribuirá a enriquecer o noso encontro e por iso convidámoste a asistir á nosa asemblea anual e a acompañarnos na mobilización e posterior acto público reivindicativo que celebraremos na Praza do Concello ás 17:00hs.
