¿Es cierto que nos obligará a pagar más por nuestro consumo de electricidad?
¡Sí! La propuesta es que a partir del mes de agosto la factura de la luz suba cerca del 3,2% (sumándose al aumento que se produjo en el mes de julio del 1,25%) y es de esperar nuevas subidas para el último trimestre del año.
También hay que destacar que el Gobierno cambia la estructura de la factura de la luz. Aumenta el precio de la parte fija (la potencia, que no depende del uso que hacemos) y reduce la parte variable (la energía, lo que consumimos). Una estructura, que al dar más peso a la parte fija, desincentiva el ahorro y la eficiencia, y al mismo tiempo dificulta el autoconsumo de energía renovable que ayuda a reducir la demanda de energía a la red.
Esta decisión, que justifican por la bajada de la demanda, ayuda a mantener los “ingresos” del sistema eléctrico, sin embargo no plantean una revisión en profundidad de sus “costes” mediante una auditoría independiente. De esta forma facilitan que el Oligopolio energético existente siga obteniendo grandes beneficios y que seamos el resto de actores los que salgamos perdiendo.

¿Cómo afecta a las inversiones que ha hecho Som Energia en proyectos de generación renovable?
El nuevo Real Decreto deroga los anteriores que garantizaban primas a las renovables y propone un nuevo sistema de cálculo de rentabilidad para las inversiones realizadas y por realizar. Esta eliminación de los anteriores decretos afecta directamente a nuestras inversiones en las 8 cubiertas fotovoltaicas y en la planta de biogás.
El problema ahora mismo es que no se define cómo será el nuevo método de cálculo para alcanzar la rentabilidad «razonable» del 7,5% que quieren imponer. Generan aún más incertidumbre porque no se definirá hasta dentro de unos meses y no nos permiten calcular con detalle cómo nos afecta económicamente.
Este cambio es un ataque frontal a las renovables y totalmente injusto con aquellas personas que hicieron inversiones. La indefinición del nuevo modelo de cálculo también frena nuevos proyectos y, sumado a la desconfianza que genera una inseguridad jurídica de esta magnitud, parece evidente que la implantación de más renovable está completamente bloqueada.

¡Todo lo contrario! Las medidas que toma el Gobierno en relación al autoconsumo van totalmente encaminadas a retrasar la «revolución» energética ciudadana que se está produciendo en favor de un modelo descentralizado de generación mucho más democrático.
Aparte del aumento de la parte fija de la factura eléctrica (comentada en el primer punto) hay que añadir otras medidas, como cobrar un peaje por la energía producida que no ha salido a la red y la no regulación de un Balance Neto, regulación que es necesaria para facilitar pequeñas instalaciones domésticas.
Sin embargo han creado un registro para las instalaciones de autoconsumo con el único fin de establecer un mayor control, acompañado de grandes sanciones económicas para aquellos que no hayan legalizado su instalación de autoconsumo (hasta multas de 30M €! Una desproporción absoluta ).
Por lo tanto, en lugar de atender la demanda de la sociedad que pide una regulación para resolver las incertidumbres y facilitar el autoconsumo, han legislado para frenar su desarrollo, intentando además criminalizar y atemorizar a las personas que se animaban a hacerlo de manera alegal.

El Consejo Rector de Som Energía considera que ante estas leyes injustas la desobediencia social es un imperativo ético
Creemos que medidas tan irracionales y absurdas no podran ser aplicadas si se encuentran con la oposición frontal de la ciudadanía.
Por nuestra parte seguiremos trabajando para conseguir que el 100% de la energía que consumimos provenga de fuentes renovables gestionadas de manera democrática y animamos a los socios a ejercer su derecho a producir energía limpia para su propio consumo.
La cooperativa, en ningún caso consentirá que se frenen los esfuerzos de tanta gente para afrontar las amenazas que, como el cambio climático o el agotamiento de los combustibles fósiles, ponen en riesgo la propia supervivencia de la especie. Y mucho menos que se haga para enriquecer a unos pocos a costa de la gran mayoría de la sociedad.
El compromiso del Consejo Rector es proponer rápidamente acciones y alternativas concretas para hacer frente a esta deriva: campaña de impulso autoconsumo, reducción potencia contratada, contadores digitales, medidores de energía, etc. Hay que revertir este proceso emprendido por el Gobierno y convertirlo en oportunidades para aumentar el colectivo social que exige un cambio profundo del modelo energético.
Por ello, este mismo martes Som Energia participa en Madrid, en una rueda de prensa conjunta con aquellas iniciativas de defensa de un modelo energético democrático (cooperativas de energía verde, Ecooo, Vivir del Aire del Cielo, Fundación Tierra). Para denunciar la orientación de esta contrarreforma que se ha producido.
Al mismo tiempo celebramos la llamada que ha hecho Eurosolar a las asociaciones empresariales renovables de todo el Estado Español para manifestarse masivamente durante el otoño y de la que esperamos una importante participación ciudadana.
