La cruzada del Partido Popular (PP) no sólo arremete contra derechos fundamentales como sanidad, educación, vivienda, trabajo, sino, también, contra libertades sexuales y reproductivas. El PP busca imponer un determinado modelo de sociedad al servicio del capital a la vez que machista y homófobo. Nos quieren pobres, calladas y heterosexuales.

La semana pasada el Gobierno proponía a las comunidades autónomas vetar, en la sanidad pública, los tratamientos de reproducción asistida (inseminación artificial y fecundación in vitro) a lesbianas y mujeres solas. Una medida que atenta contra la igualdad de acceso a los servicios públicos y discrimina a quienes se salen de la estricta “norma” heteropatriarcal. Si eres mujer, pobre, lesbiana o no tienes pareja, prohibido quedarte embarazada. Para el PP, sin hombres no hay hijos. Y la derecha impone, así, su arquetipo de familia: una, hetero y unida.

Nos encontramos frente a un Gobierno que se escandaliza porque dos mujeres puedan ser madres, dos hombres padres, de que una mujer sola pueda tener hijas e hijos, pero que no siente la más mínima vergüenza en aplicar unas políticas generadoras de hambre, paro y desahucios. La doble moral de quienes no tiene principios. Obedientes sólo a la doctrina del capitalismo y el patriarcado.

Ayer en el escrache feminista frente al Ministerio de Sanidad en Madrid, para, justamente, condenar esta medida, la represión fue la respuesta. Un Gobierno que persigue y criminaliza aquellos que no callan. La “política de la porra” es la otra cara de la “política de las tijeras”.

Otro ejemplo. El Ministerio de Sanidad, Servicios Sociales e Igualdad planea ahora dejar fuera de las estadísticas de malos tratos a las mujeres que, pese a ser agredidas, no pasen por el hospital o estén en él menos de 24 horas. Lo que significa invisibilizar la mayoría de los casos. No sea que las cifras se disparen, digo yo. Según, el Observatorio para la Violencia de Género del Consejo General del Poder Judicial, en el primer trimestre del 2013, unas mil cien mujeres por mes presentaron parte de lesiones al denunciar ataques machistas. Aunque éstas son sólo una minoría. En 2012, por ejemplo, únicamente el 11% de las 128.000 denuncias aportaron dicho parte. Para algunos, parece, es mejor esconder, o maquillar, la realidad en vez de combatirla.

Y a todo esto hay que sumar la ofensiva del ministro Alberto Ruiz-Gallardón para reformar la, ya limitada, Ley del aborto y devolvernos a la época de “las cavernas”. Una modificación que, en palabras del ministro, tendrá lugar en los próximos tres meses. La futura Ley, todo parece apuntar, será más restrictiva que la de 1985 y sólo se permitirá interrumpir el embarazo en ciertos supuestos muy limitados. Entre los supuestos que se está discutiendo eliminar, se encuentra el de malformación del feto. Según Gallardón, la reforma tiene como objetivo “aumentar la protección del derecho por excelencia de la mujer: el de la maternidad”. Y me pregunto: ¿La maternidad en manos de quién? ¿De la mujer o del Estado? En definitiva, un intento más por parte del PP de decidir y legislar sobre nuestro cuerpo.

Estas medidas, en definitiva, se suman a unas políticas de salida a la crisis que devuelven la mujer al hogar. Cuando se recortan servicios públicos como sanidad, prestaciones sociales diversas, la Ley de dependencia…, hay todo un trabajo de cuidados, invisible, infravalorado, pero imprescindible, que acaba siendo asumido, una vez más, por las mujeres. En nuestras espaldas recaen, mayoritariamente, los recortes al Estado del bienestar.

Nos enfrentamos a un Gobierno de derechas, machista y homófobo. Y la respuesta sólo puede ser de izquierdas (y no de boquilla sino de acción en la calle), feminista y a favor de las libertades sexuales.
