El pueblo español y otros europeos hemos comenzado a vivir bajo una tiranía.
Las autoridades imponen políticas que provocan daños económicos, físicos y morales a la mayoría de la población. Reducen los ingresos y aumenta la pobreza y la exclusión (solo entre 2009 y 2010 aumentó en 1,1 millones el número de personas pobres en España). Disminuyen la financiación de los servicios públicos básicos, lo que hace que aumente la mortalidad, las enfermedades y todo tipo de daños psicológicos y personales (la tasa de mortalidad ha aumentado un 20% en Portugal desde que empezaron a adoptarse las políticas de ajuste y la esperanza de vida ha bajado por primera vez en España). Recortan los derechos de los más desfavorecidos al mismo tiempo que aumentan los privilegios de quienes gozan de más renta y riqueza (la desigualdad aumentará en España un 9% en 2012 como consecuencia de los recientes ajustes fiscales del PP).
Además, imponen estas medidas recurriendo a todo tipo de mentiras.
Dicen que las toman para mejorar la economía pero esta está peor que antes de tomarlas. Nuestra prima de riesgo esta más de 400 puntos por encima de la que había en mayo de 2010 cuando empezaron los recortes que Zapatero y luego Rajoy dijeron que había que tomar para que bajase.
Dicen que las reformas del mercado laboral son para crear empleo y lo que sucede es que la tasa de paro está cinco puntos más alta que antes de aprobarse.
Dicen que hay que reducir el gasto social para disminuir la deuda y resulta que ahora está casi 17 puntos más arriba en porcentaje sobre el PIB que hace dos años porque lo que ocurre, lógicamente, es que con menos gasto público se generan también menos ingresos en todas las actividades.
Dicen que hay que reducir el gasto en personal público porque no hay dinero pero privatizan servicios a base de contratos a favor de empresas privadas que son más caros que el personal que ahorran. Así ha pasado, entre otros muchos casos, con la privatización del servicio de expedición de vidas laborales de la Seguridad Social pagando 4,7 millones de euros a una empresa privada.
Dicen que no hay dinero pero se sacan de la manga cuando les conviene miles de millones para salvar a los banqueros corruptos, conceden amnistías fiscales, desmantelan la lucha contra el fraude fiscal y renuncian a obtener los ingresos que podría proporcionar combatirlo de frente y eficazmente. Solo en pago de deuda ilegítima que deberíamos repudiar nos hemos gastado en 2008, 2009 y 2010 algo más de 122.800 millones de euros.
Dicen que todas esas medidas son imprescindibles para salir de la crisis pero la realidad indiscutible es que no hay ninguna experiencia en el mundo de algún país que haya salido de una parecida adoptando este tipo de políticas. Al revés, le han hecho frente mejor quienes hacen lo contrario.
Y entre tanta estafa y falsedad, nuestras instituciones han quedado viejas y resultan inútiles. Ni el PP ni el PSOE son capaces de aportar soluciones a la situación ni de enfrenarse con inteligencia, valentía y dignidad a las imposiciones de los poderes financieros. Pero no tienen inconveniente en repartirse cerca de 25 millones de euros en subvenciones solo para el primer trimestre de 2012, según acaba de publicar el Boletín Oficial del Estado.
El Presidente del Gobierno ha reconocido ante el Pleno del Congreso de los Diputados que en España no tenemos libertad, y ninguna institución, ningún juez, ningún fiscal, ningún partido pide cuentas por reconocer que la voluntad del pueblo ha sido secuestrada.
El Rey, cuya función constitucional es la de arbitrar con equidistancia, toma partido y gobierna a favor de la oligarquía que se beneficia de estas políticas y de los recortes con los que está en desacuerdo el 70% de la población española.
La Constitución es un papel mojado porque no garantiza el ejercicio de derechos básicos, ni la soberanía nacional, ni el libre albedrío de todos sus ciudadanos, ni la defensa de nuestro patrimonio ni la de los intereses económicos de la Nación española, ni, por supuesto, la libertad que Rajoy reconoce sin inmutarse que nos han robado.
Y en Europa se asienta el cerebro del Tirano: no hay manera democrática de hacer frente a las imposiciones de la banca, cuyos antiguos directivos han tomado al asalto las grandes instituciones, y donde sus autoridades incluso comienzan a declararse, como en el Estatuto del Mecanismo Europeo de Estabilidad, inmunes e inviolables (artículo 35.1) decidan lo que decidan y hagan lo que hagan.
Los españoles no tenemos por qué aceptar la traición de nuestros gobernantes y la imposición de políticas injustas y basadas en mentiras, que solo benefician a las minorías privilegiadas, ya salgan de La Moncloa, de Bruselas o del mismo infierno. “Cuando el gobierno viola los derechos de los ciudadanos la insurrección es para el pueblo, y para cada porción del pueblo, el más sagrado de sus derechos y el más indispensable de sus deberes”, tal y como decía el artículo 35 de la Declaración de los Derechos del Hombre de 1793, porque, como también afirma la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos en su Preámbulo, el pueblo tiene el “supremo recurso de la rebelión contra la tiranía y la opresión”.
Si los pueblos no hubieran ejercido estos derechos, si no hubieran desobedecido leyes injustas como las que se imponen ahora, si en lugar de ello hubieran obedecido “con responsabilidad”, como pide la Secretaria General del PP, todavía habría esclavitud, todavía los negros serían considerados seres de rango inferior, y las mujeres ni podrían votar ni tomar decisión alguna sin el permiso de sus padres o maridos.
¡Ya está bien de obedecer a los tiranos que gobiernan contra el pueblo! Hay que reclamar sin miedo elecciones generales para acabar con la estafa electoral protagonizada por el PP y con la ineficacia y corrupción de los partidos instalados en el sistema nacido de la transición, hay que abrir paso a una nueva Constitución que salvaguarde de verdad nuestra soberanía nacional y el ejercicio de los derechos básicos, que combata la corrupción como a un cáncer maligno, que obligue a respetar los principio de equidad y justicia fiscal, que proporcione nuevos medios de participación social y ciudadana… que no permita nunca más la vergüenza de estar gobernados por un presidente al que le dé igual que hayamos perdido la libertad.
Quienes nos imponen estas políticas cuentan ya con un determinado grado de respuesta y rechazo social (“pueden hacer mil marchas, mil huelgas, nada cambiará”, decía Menem en julio de 1997 en la Argentina que sufría entonces lo mismo que ahora los pueblos europeos). Por eso no basta con respuestas aisladas y desunidas. Hay que reaccionar frente al tirano con el único medio al que nunca podrán vencer: la máxima unidad ciudadana, la desobediencia civil y el sabotaje pacífico, siempre pacífico, y democrático de sus normas e imposiciones. Sin miedo y con esperanza, porque Gandhi lo dijo bien claro: “Siempre ha habido tiranos y asesinos, y por un tiempo, han parecido invencibles. Pero siempre han acabado cayendo. Siempre”.
