As compañeiras da Marcha Mundial das Mulleres de Galiza convocan para celebrar a data do 8 de marzo unha campaña co lema ‘Mulleres galegas en loita polos nosos dereitos’. Baixo este lema están en marcha as actividades/actos locais cos que as feministas galegas preparamos este ano a reivindicación no noso día internacional. Convocatorias de charlas, accións de rúa, mobilizacións, encontros de mulleres, debates e todo tipo de espazos comúns teñen lugar estes días nos que, xuntas, camiñamos cara o 8 de Marzo.
Estes actos teñen lugar baixo un lema común e un manifesto conxunto elaborado coas exixencias ante a situación que estamos a vivir. Aquí tedes o manifesto:
Neste contexto de crise capitalista, todos os gobernos nos lanzan a mesma mensaxe: fannos responsables dela e demándannos austeridade, sacrificio e resignación, en canto destinan axudas millonarias para garantir os intereses e privilexios da banca, grandes empresas e fortunas, monarquía, exército ou igrexa católica.
Dísenos que non hai cartos para a sanidade e o ensino públicos, que o sistema de pensións é insostible, que é preciso seguir reformando o mercado de traballo, mentres privatizan os bens máis básicos como a auga. Dinnos que non hai cartos, para nós! Dinnos que non hai recursos, para nós! Dinnos que hai que baixar salarios e pensións, os nosos… Xa está ben!
Este 8 de Marzo, Día Internacional das Mulleres, mulleres galegas de diferentes colectivos queremos denunciar a precariedade histórica á que estivemos sometidas polo sistema capitalista, baseado en que os esforzos sempre recaen sobre a mesma parcela da sociedade: a clase traballadora e os sectores populares. O suposto plan de actuacións contra a crise responde a motivos ideolóxico-políticos moito máis que a fundamentos económicos e, no caso das mulleres, as políticas de axuste están a ter un efecto perverso sobre as nosas condicións de vida e un retroceso de lustros nos dereitos que mediante anos de loita feminista acadamos.
A actual ofensiva patriarcal está alcanzando cotas insospeitadas. Só así se explica o recrudecemento do machismo nas institucións, a ausencia de políticas feministas reais, a eliminación de organismos como o Servizo Galego de Igualdade, os Centros de Información ás Mulleres e de orientación afectivo-sexual, os impedimentos para acceder a métodos contraceptivos e, sobre todo, a última proposta de derrogar a Lei do aborto, que ten o seupunto de partida na retrógrada Lei da Familia. Dita normativa só pretende instaurar o control alleo sobre o noso corpo e sexualidade, volvendo a situar ás mulleres na esfera doméstica.
Paralelamente, estamos a soportar unha vertixinosa escalada da precariedade laboral, que se expresa nunha cada vez maior temporalidade, no aumento da contratación a tempo parcial e en salarios insuficientes que impiden o goce dunha vida digna, plena e autónoma. Esta situación, que afecta a toda a sociedade, ten unha meirande repercusión nas mulleres debido aos maiores obstáculos para acceder e permanecer no mercado laboral en igualdade de condicións.
Se falamos das mulleres labregas hai que engadir as dificultades para acceder á titularidade das explotacións aínda hoxe e, no caso das mulleres migrantes e das empregadas do fogar, a situación agrávase, posto que á inseguridade laboral hai que sumarlle a xurídica.
Increméntase a explotación xa que sobre nós seguen a recaer as tarefas do fogar e de coidado de menores, maiores e persoas en situación de dependencia. Traballo invisible que non conta con remuneración nin recoñecemento social algún, imposto pola desigual asignación de rolesentre homes e mulleres e que esta crise non fai senón acentuar.
Que as mulleres non somos nada para os poderes políticos, relixiosos e económicos que nos gobernan é tan evidente que non só se reflexa en que sexamos as que máis gravemente sufrimos as consecuencias da crise, senón tamén en que as primeiras institucións desmanteladas foron as que traballaban pola igualdade, información e protección ás mulleres.Neste alarde de machismo, superioridade e hipocrisía, os diferentes gobernos renunciangarantir o dereito das mulleres a vivirmos sen violencias, ignorando a súa consecuencia máisextrema: máis de 70 mulleres son asasinadas só no estado español cada ano.
Como é posible que, nesta realidade, se eliminen as políticas de igualdade e educaciónsexual?
Por todo isto, neste 8 de marzo, as mulleres feministas galegas en loita polos nososdereitos, ESIXIMOS:
– Medidas concretas e recursos públicos en todos os ámbitos para erradicar aviolencia machista (educativos, sanitarios, de información e de protección).
– Sanidade pública, universal e gratuíta de calidade, con atención especializada ásaúde das mulleres.
– Ensino público, gratuíto, non sexista, laico, de calidade e en galego.
– Prestacións sociais e pensións dignas. Establecer medidas de acción positivapara evitar as desigualdades no acceso e na contía das pensións, derivadas desituacións de discriminación.
– Medidas para equiparar os dereitos laborais e de protección social dastraballadoras do servizo doméstico cos demais réximes.
– Medidas que faciliten a regularización das persoas migrantes residentes e quegarantan a plena igualdade de dereitos co conxunto da poboación galega.
– Accións dirixidas a eliminar as desigualdades salariais, a temporalidade, aprecariedade dos traballos feminizados e a sobreexplotación das mulleres.
– Aplicación da Lei de titularidade compartida nas explotacións agrarias.
– Unha política laboral, agraria, alimentaria, fiscal e social en función dasnecesidades da cidadanía, que estableza medidas de acción positiva para poñerfin á discriminación das mulleres e que poña freo á emigración da mocidadegalega.- Servizos sociais públicos de calidade que dean cobertura ás necesidades decoidado de familiares e persoas a cargo.
– Medidas que permitan compatibilizar a vida persoal, familiar e laboral, tantoaos homes coma ás mulleres.
– Medidas urxentes para a creación e a estabilidade do emprego. Implantaciónde medidas dirixidas a eliminar a discriminación salarial das mulleres.
– Medidas que garantan unha vida plena para as persoas con diversidadefuncional.
– Dereito a gozarmos a nosa sexualidade, sexa cal for a nosa orientación sexual ea desenvolver un proxecto de vida en liberade e equidade.
