El presidente, de extracción humilde, afrodescendiente, nacido fuera del continente, primero musulmán y después evangélico convertido, dijo claramente: «Lo que sucedió el domingo es un mensaje para todo el mundo: cuando decimos que nunca vamos a olvidar, estamos hablando en serio», que es como decir: «terroristas del mundo entero, vamos a asesinarles».
Ahí se revela, sin medias palabras, toda la arrogancia y la actitud imperial de ponerse por encima de toda ética.

Al salir confesó: «este interrogatorio fue peor que el que sufrí bajo la SS nazi durante la guerra», lo cual significa: poco importa la etiqueta, católico o nazi, todo sistema autoritario y totalitario obedece a la misma lógica: se venga de todo, no olvida y no perdona.
Así lo prometió Barack Obama y se propone llevar adelante el estado terrorista creado por su antecesor, manteniendo la Ley Patriótica que autoriza la suspensión de ciertos derechos y la prisión preventiva de sospechosos sin avisar siquiera a sus familiares, lo que se convierte en secuestro.
