O Foro Social Temático Español de Espiritualidades e Éticas para outro mundo mellor posible (FSTE) celebrarase no Pazo de Congresos de Sevilla do 10 ao 12 de Outubro e facemos un chamamento a toda a cidadanía e a todas as asociacións e organismos desta que aínda non se incorporasen á súa implicación e participación.
Por qué un Foro Social
El FSTE de Espiritualidades y Éticas se enmarca dentro del espíritu del Foro Social Mundial (FSM), y es la respuesta participativa de la sociedad civil española a la necesidad, siempre pendiente, de una autentica transformación social alternativa y, mas específicamente, a la actual crisis sistémica donde aspiramos a debatir y alumbrar los principios y valores sobre los que poder construir otro mundo mejor, necesario, urgente y posible. Aspiramos a ofrecer una alternativa democrática, inclusiva, ecológica, basada en la igualdad, defensa de los derechos humanos, convivencia pacífica y respeto a la rica diversidad de culturas y creencias de una única humanidad desde la sociedad civil a los acuciantes problemas que enfrenta la humanidad.
Por qué de Espiritualidades y Éticas
Vivimos un tiempo en el que cada día se consiguen nuevos avances científicos y tecnológicos. Cruzamos fronteras en el conocimiento que significan un gran poder. Pero todo gran poder necesita un fuerte espíritu que lo controle y gestione. Tenemos un sobredesarrollo científico y tecnológico junto a un subdesarrollo ético, social y político que provoca una insoportable desigualdad, injusticia social, y violencia.
Vivimos el comienzo de un trascendental proceso histórico de rápidos y profundos cambios que nos obligan a recuperar el equilibrio y la armonía entre la naturaleza, la humanidad y las personas, mediante la unidad de la humanidad y la constitución de un Gobierno mundial democrático, legítimo y transparente. El actual sistema se basa en el egoísmo, avaricia, vanidad y envidia. No se trata de refundar el capitalismo sobre bases éticas porque el capitalismo, en si mismo, es incompatible con la ética. La orientación hacia la unidad, hacia el “alma” común de la humanidad, instaurará las condiciones del “buen vivir”, de otro modo de vivir basado en maximizar el bienestar social, la satisfacción de las necesidades humanas con el menor consumo y coste, retornando a la visión de la humanidad como parte y fruto de la propia naturaleza.
Cuál es el objetivo del FSTE
La actual crisis sistémica y civilizatoria (de valores dominantes) nos señala que ha llegado el momento en que todo tiene que cambiar. Desde sus propios cimientos, los valores que conforman el actual sistema. Hablar hoy de valores es preguntarnos qué mundo queremos para nuestros descendientes; qué producimos, con qué lo producimos, para qué y para quienes lo producimos; qué poder, con qué autoridad, reglas e instituciones; qué hay que mantener y qué hay que suprimir del mundo actual. Con la crisis, el miedo y el pánico se enseñorean entre los afectados, y puede arrastrar a lo peor. Nuestro reto hoy es ORGANIZAR LA ESPERANZA recuperando la utopía y comenzando a construir nuestro otro mundo, donde todo ha de cambiar, comenzando por sus cimientos: los valores, la ética, el espíritu que lo anime desde su más profunda esencia. Ese es, en nuestra opinión, el objetivo del Foro Social de Sevilla en octubre. Ese es el objetivo que el FSM ha marcado para el 12 de Octubre día de la Movilización mundial por la defensa de la Madre Tierra, por la descolonización y la desmercantilización de la Vida.
Cuál es su estructura
Se organiza internamente con los siguientes aspectos o partes:
1. Cuatro conferencias impartidas por Vandana Shiva(India), Francois Houtart (Bélgica), Adela Cortina(España) e Imanol Zubero (España)
2. Mesa redonda el domingo por la tarde en la que cuatro sectores marginados, excluidos o desempoderados (sin techo, emigrantes, gitanos y violencia de género) dirán su opinión sobre el otro mundo mejor posible que pretendemos construir. El domingo por la tarde
3. El núcleo más importante del Foro: cien talleres en torno a diez ejes o bloques temáticos que se impartirán el sábado 10 por la tarde y Domingo 11 en al mañana y en la tarde. Serán tratados desde la dimensión de valores éticos y/o espirituales, que debe inspirar a cada uno de los temas,. Estos diez bloques tratan sobre la construcción de un mundo ecológico, con igualdad de género, imperio de los derechos y deberes humanos integrados en los derechos de la humanidad y del Planeta, realización personal, convivencia pacífica multiétnica y democracia participativa; y los modelos de educación, economía y cambio interior en las personas que lo posibilite para poder superar este periodo difícil en el que nos adentramos
4. Dos actividades culturales simultaneas al final de la tarde del sábado
5. El domingo 11 a las 22.00 habrá un concierto musical
6. El lunes 12 en la mañana habrá once asambleas (sobre los diez ejes temáticos y una para la infancia y juventud)
7. Se clausurará el Foro el mismo lunes 12 de Octubre al final de la mañana con un acto público en algún lugar de Sevilla que se unirá a la convocatoria mundial del FSM para ese mismo día en defensa de la Madre Tierra, por la descolonización y la desmercantilización de la Vida.
Con qué apoyos cuenta
A la fecha de hoy somos 89 las entidades organizadoras y colaboradoras (46 organizadoras y 43 colaboradoras) estando pendiente de la incorporación de otras que lo están estudiando o que por cuestiones internas u organizativas aún no han podido integrarse. Entre ellas se encuentran asociaciones y entidades mas enfocadas al cambio interior y otras más enfocadas a la transformación social: universidades, economía social, sindicatos, Ongs, banca ética, grupos de diferentes tradiciones espirituales … Se cuenta, asimismo, con el apoyo económico del Ayuntamiento de Sevilla y el Cabildo Insular de Gran Canaria. Se han iniciado contactos con la Junta de Andalucía y otras instituciones
