Encontro de Dereitos Humanos de Verapaz sobre “O dereito aos servizos sociais”

El pasado sábado 30 de noviembre celebramos el XIV Encuentro de Derechos Humanos, que trató en esta ocasión sobre el Derecho a los Servicios Sociales. Nos reunimos a las diez de la mañana en el Centro de Día San Martín de Porres (c/ Costanilla de los Desamparados, 17) y tuvimos toda una jornada de trabajo para profundizar en este tema.

Contamos con la colaboración de Juan José López Jiménez, del Equipo de Estudios de Cáritas Española, que nos ofreció una interesante ponencia y nos ayudó a reflexionar sobre los derechos sociales: qué son, cuál es nuestro papel, y cómo han ido cambiando hasta llegar al contexto actual.

Después de una agradable comida que disfrutamos gracias a las aportaciones de cada uno de los asistentes, tuvo lugar un espacio para la evaluación y preparación del encuentro del año que viene, la que será decimoquinta edición, y que tratará sobre el Derecho a la Educación.
